I take several medications. Can I still use Fiber Choice® fiber supplements?
Fiber Choice® products are sold as supplements. Please read the label and check with your doctor before starting a new supplement regimen.
Are Fiber Choice® fiber supplements Kosher or vegetarian?
Fiber Choice® tablets are not considered Kosher or vegetarian.
Who can use Fiber Choice® tablets?
Fiber Choice® fiber supplements (Sugar-Free Orange, Sugar-Free Chewable Assorted Fruit tablets, and Fiber Choice® Bone Health with Calcium and Vitamin D) are safe for adults and children age six and older. Fiber Choice® Weight Management fiber supplement can be used by adults 18 or older. Pregnant women should consult their physician before using any Fiber Choice® fiber supplement product.
Should I take Fiber Choice® fiber supplements before or after meals?
It doesn't matter when you take the tablets. Fiber Choice® fiber supplement can be consumed anytime, anywhere – with or without food or water.
Will I experience any discomfort when I start taking Fiber Choice® fiber supplements?
Increasing fiber intake or changing your fiber source can produce temporary minor intestinal discomfort (gas or bloating). If discomfort occurs, reduce the dose you're taking and slowly increase use over a period of several weeks to the recommended amount.
Can I use Fiber Choice® fiber supplements if I am a diabetic?
Fiber Choice® fiber supplements are available in a variety of sugar-free flavors. If you have additional questions, we recommend you discuss the use of Fiber Choice® products with your physician.
Why don't I have to drink water when I take Fiber Choice® products?
The inulin in Fiber Choice® fiber supplement is a different type of fiber that doesn't require you to drink extra water.
