Inulin Fiber and Weight Management

We all know we need fiber in our diet for a healthy gut and general wellness. However, it’s not as simple as eating an extra serving of oatmeal each week. There are different kinds of dietary fiber that all behave differently in the gut environment and provide different benefits to the microbiome.
